   Description: Scope of this project includes Teardown, Reverse engineering design, manufacturing, testing & FAA-PMA certification approval of articles (Metal & Plastic) of different Boeing programs.Responsibilities:• Leading the team in the preparation of IER (installation eligibility report), CAR (criticality Assessment report), compliance Matrix for qualification testing activities identification, Tear Down / Disassembly plan for dimensional justification document.• PDR, CDR has been showcased to Boeing to prove flow of design process.• Part Specific Certification Plan created for the documents to follow for the entire lifecycle of the product.• Design Development is done using Catia V5 by extracting the scanned surfaces to the 3D model.• Design process established to achieve the manufacturability of the test articles.• Performed DFMEA, DFMA to understand the part criticality in the aircraft. • Identified materials by conducting chemical composition material analysis.• Involved in the FEM Analysis to understand the load testing criteria of the test articles.• Prepared manufacturing drawings.• Manufacturing process & Vendor Identification.• Manufacturing the part. • Finally submitting the part with technical data package to PMA-FAA for approval.
