As the largest organization representing strictly independent business owners CFIB counts members in Canada. CFIB offers: a stronger voice in the laws and regulations that affect SMEs ( Advocacy), great resources ( Business Resources), and exclusive savings ( Economy). As a Bilingual Sales Coordinator, I am working on 2 scopes, Sales Coordination, and Orientation & Training. First of all, Sales Coordination requires an abundance of knowledge on the organization as well as the field system. I am in charge of creating incentives for Sales employees to give them motivation and enhance their performance; creating, updating and sharing their performance reports based on these incentives using Excel and our CRM; translating a large range of documents from English to French and vice versa; creating different documents, processes and templates; creating, sending and analyzing results of surveys on various topics. Secondly, Orientation & Training requires to be creative and as organized as possible. I am in charge of creating, updating and sending training templates, emails and diverse materials; creating various training reports using our tools and softwares; dealing-negotiating with stakeholders; planing-organizing trainings and federating sessions (planning the schedule of the attendees, dealing with the agenda, booking accomodation and transportation, dealing with several housekeeping tasks); collecting general and individual expenses for creating reports; creating, sending and analyzing results of surveys; creating different documents-processes and templates.A role with a comprehensive range of tasks allowing me to gain many skills and become even more confident in my daily work environment. Working for a national organization with a mission: supporting small business owners around the country!
