15 years experience in preclinical drug development - Private and academic research- Interdisciplinary research- Program lead- Team management- Drug discovery and preclinical research- Cancer stem cells- 3D models (organoids & spheroids)- Immuno-oncology- Microbiotherapies- Resistance to treatments- Identification & validation of diagnostic, pronostic and therapeutic targetsI received my PhD in biology from the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon in 2015, in collaboration with the Cancer Research Center of Lyon. During my PhD, I have been focused on identifying biomarkers to predict cancer stem cells response to targeted therapies. Next, I completed a two-years postdoc at the Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) of Grenoble, a multidisciplinary applied research organization providing high-end technology innovation services for the industry. There, I developed innovative 3D organoïd models using microfluidic devices for high-throughput and high-content screening applications. In 2017, I joined Erytech Pharma, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative anti-cancer therapies by encapsulating therapeutic compounds inside Red Blood Cells. As a research scientist, I was first in charge of the characterization of products, and was then entrusted with the development of new products in immuno-oncology as a project manager. After that, I took in charge the eryaspase program and was involved in mechanism of action and combination studies to overcome resistance to eryaspase (L-asparaginase entrapped inside Red Blood Cells) treatment. I also supervised the redaction of modules 2 and 4 of the eCTD for BLA preparation. I joined MaaT Pharma in 2022 as head of preclinical development to develop microbiotherapies for aGvHD treatment and to improve cancer patients\' response to immunotherapies.During my career, I have been actively involved in team and project management, competitive intelligence, technology monitoring, and coordination of collaborations with experts from different fields: biologists, clinicians, bioinformaticians, microbiologists, chemists and material engineers.
