Biotech entrepreneur/CEO in the fields of immuno-oncology and pediatric oncology. As Chief Executive Officer, I have been involved in the inception and management of OREGA Biotech. My group at OREGA Biotech discovered the role of CD39 as a novel immune checkpoint and generated and developed first in class antibodies able to neutralize CD39 enzymatic activity. The antibodies were out-licensed to Innate Pharma in 2016 and now in phase 2 clinical trial with AstraZeneca. A second antibody program was out-licensed to Genmab in 2022.In 2015, I joined ORPHELIA Pharma as Chief Development Officer and Medical Director. Member of the executive committee (Codir), I am in charge of the product portfolio strategy and the clinical development in pediatric oncology, including our early access programs for relapsed neuroblastoma patients.Since 2010, I am a member of OCTALFA, our holding company dedicated to the inception of novel companies, acting as R&D Director for the biotech sector. OCTALFA is also housing the Fondation Dominique & Tom Alberici, which supports charity projects dedicated to cancer patients and disabled people.
