ABOUT BASTIAN A. NEUMANN

I’m a leadership and transformation expert, facilitator, and coach — passionate about helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity and shape meaningful change. As Associate Partner at LEAD, I design and facilitate leadership and transformation programs that connect strategy, culture, and human development. I work with executives and teams who want to build organizations that are both high-performing and human-centered — places where people take ownership, grow together, and stay capable of renewal. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across sectors — from corporates and consultancies to public institutions and social enterprises. My professional roots are in facilitation, systemic coaching, and leadership development, complemented by experience as a founder and managing director of a cooperative social enterprise. This combination of business and human development continues to shape how I approach transformation: with curiosity, pragmatism, and empathy. I’m certified in ICF coaching, Radical Collaboration®, NLP, and systemic consulting, and have trained extensively in adult learning, Theory U, and organizational development. As long-time martial artist and practitioner of Aikido (Shodan, 1st Dan), I bring the principles of awareness, flow, and grounded presence into my work with leaders and teams — helping them stay centered in uncertainty and move with complexity, not against it.
