Manage all major construction projects for super critical buildings. Responsible for the successful execution of Bell Media infrastructure projects, Data Centre, Generator, Power Distribution, UPS, Chillers, and Network projects. Duties included managing Projects from Design Phase to completion, supervising all contractors, attending critical activities ( SMOP),Cash flow, progress billing, tracking all CCNs and COs. PROJECTS: Deliver $25 M to $30 M/year such as Super Generators installation in Bell Media ($16M), IP Room Expansions Sq.ft ($1.4). New Data Centre at 8100 Warden Sq.ft ($15 M). • Responsible for structuring and delivering relatively complex services for data center projects with BRES client base, according to the customer’s requirements. • Develop detailed project management plans that will be consistent with the customer’s contractual obligations.• Accountable for project implementation, identifying and mitigating project risks (financial and operational), delivering the projects on time, within capital and expense budgets and delighting the customers.• Responsible to create and document process and procedures. Develop project charter and plans• Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables and partner with various stakeholders.• Using project management methodology, track progress, produce reports and manage schedule. • Manage and process the quarterly cost recovery associated with contractual projects
