   The Heart of Doha, Qatar is a mixed used type and it is the world’s first sustainable regeneration project aiming at the development of 3,767,370 SF of land in inner Doha. Comprising of retail, commercial, residential, hotel, cultural and community facilities consists of four phases where Arabtec contracted phase two which comprises of two sections- Oversaw the overall operations of section two in authorizing works and rafts ranging from 105,900 cubic foot to 211,800 cubic foot of concrete with an allotted contract value of $657M in Doha, Qatar- Accomplished finishing works, including testing and commissioning of 3 out of 11 buildings ranging from 4 basement level to first; 4-storey commercial buildings and 18-storey hotel building; and an underpass structure connecting SOUK WAQIF shopping center to the project- Facilitated the complete facade works including marble and aluminum doors and windows; along with GARC works established for 11 buildings for both sections one and two-Successfully accomplished the entire construction operations with a total of 178 full size mockups for both sections one and two covering all land scape, internal, and external finishing- Received recognition in attaining the HABC Level 2 Award in Health and Safety.
