I\'m a problem solver and software developer with a Ph.D. in theoretical quantum mechanics, currently working at IonQ to help perfect the trapped-ion quantum computer. I\'m deeply passionate about open-source software and actively contribute to numerous Python projects, being the main developer behind several popular ones.My expertise lies in leveraging mathematics, algorithms, and writing elegant code to solve complex problems. One of my proudest achievements is developing the open-source Python package called Adaptive, which optimizes parameter sweeps and has been downloaded over 300k times. It is used by many researchers worldwide and has already saved millions of hours of computer time.
