As a cybersecurity leader at Microsoft with over 18 years of experience, I lead teams and initiatives focused on cloud and AI security, security posture management, and attack graph–driven risk reduction. My strength lies in building, mentoring, and empowering high-performing teams to deliver security outcomes that are measurable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.I specialize in driving Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and attack path analysis strategies that help organizations move from reactive defense to proactive, risk-based security. By translating complex threat data into clear priorities, I enable teams to focus on what matters most—reducing exposure, breaking attack paths, and improving overall security posture. I have led the design and execution of security programs and products, embedding metrics and accountability to demonstrate impact at both technical and executive levels.I am deeply committed to advancing diversity and leadership in cybersecurity. I am the co-founder of Women CyberGuardians and served on the leadership teams of multiple nonprofit organizations, including Wicys, Cyversity, C2A2, and Shakti, where I focus on mentorship, leadership development, and community impact.My credentials include Cisco CCNP-S and CCSP certifications, SANS GIAC cybersecurity leadership, and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity. I was awarded a Paper of Excellence for my research on multilayer security defense for VoIP, and honored with Microsoft’s Diamond Technology Award for technical excellence and impact.
