As a Postdoctoral associate I am leading the project on Phage biology and Phage Therapeutics for ESKAPE pathogens with primary focus on Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.1. Identifying MDR genes distributed among the pathogens using nanopore sequencing2. Isolation characterization and purification of Phages targeting A. baumannii, K. pneumoniae and P. aeruginosa3. Phage Host range determination of the MDR strains.4. Genome identification of selected phages.
