I serve as a key liaison between radiology, IT, and vendor teams to ensure system reliability, efficient data integration, and streamlined clinical operations.Key Responsibilities & Achievements-Perform advanced troubleshooting for radiology applications, including Syngo Workflow, Carestream PACS, Medicalis, Powerscribe, PACSgear, Vue Motion, and PowerShare, resolving technical issues across multiple hospitals and imaging centers-Troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues; resolve user tickets efficiently through ServiceNow and other support platforms-Manage and execute new department, nurse station, and hospital service builds, ensuring correct configuration and integration across all radiology platforms-Provide Go-Live support for new implementations and system migrations, validating workflows, resolving technical issues, and ensuring uninterrupted clinical operations-Orchestrate application upgrades and enhancements with vendors, applying SDLC methodology to implement new features and bug fixes-Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and IT staff to diagnose root causes, implement fixes, and improve user satisfaction-Apply hands-on expertise in HL7 and DICOM standards to manage interfaces, analyze message flows, and maintain imaging data integrity-Participate in on-call rotation, providing after-hours support for 24/7 radiology operations-Lead or assist in system upgrades, validation testing, and workflow enhancement projects in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders-Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and SOPs to ensure consistency and cross-team knowledge sharing.
