Ever since I started my career in supply chain management, one thing has always excited me — solving complex problems that keep global operations running smoothly.Today, as a Process and Forecast Specialist at Satair (Airbus Group) in Hamburg, I help shape smarter, more data-driven supply chain systems for the aviation industry. Over the past three years, I’ve been driving improvements in forecasting, process optimization, and data transparency — ensuring we stay resilient in an ever-changing world.My journey started with a Bachelor’s in Industrial & Production Engineering, followed by an MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Before aviation, I gained valuable experience in three international automotive firms, taking on roles from Supply Chain Analyst to Market Coordinator — each sharpening my ability to connect strategy, data, and execution.I’m fascinated by how Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are redefining manufacturing and supply chains — from predictive analytics and automation to intelligent decision-making systems. I’m passionate about leveraging these technologies to make operations not just efficient, but truly adaptive and intelligent.In a VUCA world, I believe the key to success lies in staying curious, challenging the status quo, and never stopping learning. That mindset continues to drive me — whether I’m forecasting demand, redesigning a process, or exploring the next wave of digital transformation.
