About Basil George
Currently building AI powered security products that are reliable and accessible at Brivo.I led products for Google\'s core Physical Security Platforms, defining the strategy for Identity, Credentials, and Access Management (PACS) across Google\'s global campuses and data centers. In this role, I pioneered the integration of AI and machine learning to create intelligent, predictive security solutions that anticipate threats and automate access control.Prior to this, I worked on Google\'s HR Tech stack, where I applied AI/ML-driven approaches to products for employee and manager experiences. I have deep experience in the full product lifecycle, from hands-on customer discovery and technical requirements definition with UX and Engineering, to launching and iterating on complex systems. I thrive in environments that bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and tangible user value, whether in a nimble startup or a global tech leader; small sized organizations (30-35 employees) as well as large scaled ones (more than 150K employees).
