Prepare Proformas/Bills to Clients/ Partners/Associates. Review & Edit time and cost entry of Legal clerk/Lawyers.• Maintain Clients/ Matter Levels changes in Elite and Saas based E-Billing.• Oversee the end-to-end electronic billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines.• Collaborate with legal professionals to gather necessary billing information, review time and expense entries, and resolve any discrepancies.• Maintain a comprehensive database of client billing requirements, ensuring all submissions align with specific client preferences and regulations.• Conduct regular audits of e-billing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding e-billing matters, addressing concerns, and providing proactive updates on billing status.• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal staff on the effective use of billing systems and compliance with e-billing protocols.• Collaborate with legal teams to provide necessary documentation and information during the appeals process.• Establish a structured process for tracking appeals, analyzing trends, and implementing preventative measures to minimize future disputes.• Generate and analyze WIP reports to track billing metrics and identify areas for improvement.• Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing billing activities, and recommending strategies for enhanced efficiency and compliance.• Provide training and support to legal professionals/Billing Clerks on Dockets updates.• Act as a liaison between legal teams and clients, facilitating communication to ensure alignment with client billing expectations.• Collaborate with associate in real estate, Insurance Litigation, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & general Litigation and Employment & Labor.• Handling & Take care of 36 Legal Partners Accounts and 10 E-bill Clients.
