Collaborated with cockpit engineers to develop a functional cockpit system for a formula 1 style electric vehicle, consisting of mold preparation and carbon fiber lay-up process- Constructed carbon fiber composite seat-back using VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) to support proper loading capabilities and driver comfort- Utilized SolidWorks to 3D model jigs that streamlined the cockpit assembly process, while creating part drawings with GD & T tolerancing to ensure manufacturability and precision.
