Specialise in sourcing and placing high-caliber SAP professionals for contract roles across various modules (e.g, SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, BASIS, S/4HANA).• Partner with clients and project leads to understand urgent contract requirements, project timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.• Manage the end-to-end contract recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, including rate negotiation and compliance checks.• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted, immediately available SAP contractors through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and industry contacts to locate niche SAP talent quickly and efficiently.• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates, often under tight project deadlines.• Negotiate daily/hourly rates, start dates, and contractual terms with both candidates and clients.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and trends, especially within the contracting and freelance market.• Provide a smooth contractor experience, from onboarding to post-placement support and redeployment opportunities.
