ABOUT BASHIR ZIADY

I’m a deep tech engineering leader with 20+ years of experience in AI-enabled intelligent software, embedded systems, and electrical design, specializing in transforming complex, multidisciplinary technologies into scalable, high-performance products that are a common household name. I’ve led cross-functional teams of 75, launched over a dozen products across B2B, B2C, industrial and automotive. What I do best is lead technical teams through ambiguity to deliver robust systems that work in the real world, not just on paper.Most recently, at Hypercraft, I defined and developed 0→1 technology that enabled $MM in revenue, working with companies like Yamaha. At Basis, I established the Algorithms team that built the differentiating technology, directly leading to $150M+ acquisition by Intel. As the VP of Engineering at Core, my teams built an award-winning AI-enabled software-hardware product, resulting in $50M+ acquisition by Hyperice.I am passionate about solving complex problems in deep tech, working with innovative technology, and building teams where people can thrive and make a large-scale business impact.
