As an International Child Protection Case Management Consultant with UNICEF in Palestine, I lead the Interagency Case Management Task Force to strengthen coordination, harmonize and roll out updated SOPs, and integrate UASC and emergency procedures. I oversee the Data Protection and Information Sharing Protocol, produce regular case trend analyses, and design tools and dashboards to inform policy and advocacy. My work focuses on building partner capacity through trainings, ToTs, and mentoring, while supporting MoSD in the West Bank on remote case management and CPIMS+ feasibility, and enhancing referral pathways and inter-cluster coordination in Gaza. I am committed to ensuring sustainable, child-centered case management systems that align with international standards and national ownership.
