ABOUT BASHEER MANSOOR

I thrive in managing large-scale operations, contracts, and strategic initiatives dedicated to profitable revenue growth and operational excellence. I leverage data insights and market/trends analysis to identify opportunities to expand sales, enter new markets, and optimize the performance of existing products/business lines. From a leadership perspective, I love to mentor and develop high-performance teams spanning multiple geographies and cultures, creating a shared vision and operational objectives for team and organizational success. Currently at Johnson & Johnson, I lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide supply chain resilience platform while partnering with supply chain program leaders, data scientists, and value stream teams. My earlier accomplishments include:+ Directed manufacturing scale-up and commercialization of multimillion-dollar biomaterial products, enabling double-digit YOY growth.+ Recognized with the J&J Standards of Leadership Award for leading all aspects of supply chain due diligence for a nine-figure trauma specialty device company acquisition.+ Defined a strategy for the Spine Division at Synthes to capitalize on key growth opportunities in the neurosurgery market.+ Represent J&J on the Supply Chain Risk Leadership Council (SCRLC), championing supply chain resilience best practices and metrics at semi-annual meetings while actively serving as a board member for the industry council. Earlier, I managed Agility’s US government contract for food operations in Kuwait, Iraq, and Qatar while ensuring personnel operated in compliance with contract terms and conditions. I also served as a Squadron Leader in the Indian Air Force, leading 15 team members in the safe and successful execution of critical flying missions. Additionally, I trained and developed more than 50 officer candidates in the National Defense Academy. I completed my MBA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a Master’s in Information Technology and Systems at ICFAI Business School in India. I also earned a Bachelor’s in Physics and Mathematics at Jawaharlal Nehru University. My additional credentials include Certified Project Management Professional and Certified ISO Internal Auditor.
