My name is Bashar Abdul Ahad I am a full time professional Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc, Brokerage and have been working as a Realtor for many years. I have won the RE/MAX 100% Club Awards in 2014 and 2015. I have been representing buyers, sellers and developers in the Greater Toronto Area through real estate transactions for many years. In my career, I have marketed and sold numerous new developments as well as many resales of detached, semi-detached, townhouses and condominiums. Dealing with hundreds of properties and working throughout the market changes allowed me to use my experience to help guide my clients in the right way. Living in the Greater Toronto Area since the 90s allowed me to know more about the real estate opportunities especially in Oakville, Mississauga and surroundings. From the first time I meet my clients, I make them feel at ease using my professionalism and personable working style and confident with my ability to represent the client’s best interest throughout the Real Estate Transition whether that is buying or selling. As a Real Estate Agent, my specialties are in Second Home Buyers Investment, Income Properties, Buying properties and Selling properties for top dollars. My experience allowed me to have my own property investment portfolio and I can relate to the needs and goals of other investors. I also have great passion and desire to help people become better property investors. I continually upgrade my education and knowledge by taking real estate courses and attending workshops and seminars.
