   Architected a 100% cloud-native metric & log ingestion pipeline using Distributed Eventhub (Kafka-like), Stream Analytics (Spark-like), and Azure Data Explorer (Splunk-like columnar store). Fully automated via Terraform, including components without native support.Won company-wide hackathon for Agentic AI Observability Bot using LangGraph and dynamic planning; generates automated mitigations with human-in-the-loop verification. Patent application filed.Architected core components of a \"lift and shift\" solution migrating legacy metric/log ingestion from on-prem to cloud. Delivered hybrid solution enabling DocuSign\'s cloud transition.Designed a visual \"seasonality scaling\" algorithm and dashboard showing potential 80% cost savings company-wide (~$14M+/year).
