ABOUT BASEL KASIS

I am holding Master’s in Cyber Security Management at the University of Warwick. I have been ardently developing my skills in Cyber Security for 6 years now. Along with my studies, I have worked in this domain as a network security administrator and as a cyber security engineer in a cloud and security company.Firstly, with the knowledge acquired, I will be able to explore an area where I already have relevant expertise, allowing a deeper understanding and more important experience in Cyber Security. In my work as a Security Engineer in a bank in Syria and Kyoto Technologies, my primary responsibilities were networking and security concerns, and I saw how cloud computing has become an essential component of any company\'s system recently. In addition, I am interested to work at a leading company. Moreover, I have expertise in executing applications, security assessments, infrastructure security assessments, cloud security reviews, and thread modelling.I can work in a variety of groups of different sized, and I\'ve enjoyed working in small groups during my previous jobs as well as with much bigger groups of students and staff during university. I believe I am able to rapidly integrate into teams and love working with new people. In all of these professions, I am able to adjust my communication style based on the individual I\'m dealing with and make smart decisions about the most appropriate approach. I am looking forward to taking my learning to higher ground, reaching my career objectives, and upscaling my current knowledge in IT, especially in a corporate environment.
