Respond to RFP/RFI/RFQs from Different Technology domains• Create proactive proposals for the clients in discussion with Client Partners & Service Lines• Comprehend and translate the customer requirements into an innovative solution offering and align the deal approach, solution plan and proposal accordingly with cost estimates • Understand and clearly define the inputs required to create cost estimates and work with the delivery team, service line & sales to come-up with the cost estimates & pricing• Create collaterals, case studies and other account documents which can be leveraged• Act as a custodian of all go-to-market decks and offerings• Work with internal teams and client representatives to create agreeable terms for documents such as SOW, MSA etc.• Single point of contact for all deals coming for US and Europe regions• Own the complete response and lead teams through bid management process – planning, organizing, monitoring (reviews, approvals, etc.) & delivering the solution• Responsible for Financial/Pricing models considering all the factors (Fix/T&M/Support, Costing)• Help teams identify the operational model, staffing model, governance structure and other key areas of response
