Post Doc Fellow, Institute for Plasma Research, Gandhinagar, India Works on ion beam nanopatterning, low energy ion beam irradiation, magnetron sputtering, thin film deposition, spin and dip coating, Atomic force microscopy. Research interests: Thin film deposition-binary alloy, ion solid interaction-nanofabrication, hydrophobicity on nanostructured surface, diamond-like carbon coating, thin film plasmonics and magnetism, transparent conducting oxides Present research work: Ion induced nanopatterning of a multi-element materials and sputter yield measurement at elevated temperatures using quartz crystal microbalance. PhD research work: Ion beam nanopatterning of binary material deposited by magnetron sputtering. Hands on experiences: Magnetron sputtering (DC, RF), AFM, FESEM, XRD, RAMAN, low energy ion source, plasma fireball, spin and dip coating Future plans: antireflective surfaces and nanopatterns for magnetic storage devices, solar cells
