As a general management professional my favourite thing to do is to create a strong Talent pool, Build Frameworks and establish Governance.Having managed delivery for most part of my professional career, I believe that success of delivery roles is linked to strong Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Talent Retention, Audits and Transformational Projects implementation. This is evident from the fact that as a science graduate and an MBA in Finance and Human Resources,I have successfully led teams in domains like Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Analytics, F&A and now Insurance. Over the years after working with people in different organisations with diverse priorities, complimenting as well as contradictory leadership styles and temperaments, I have partnered and managed moving goals and change in various capacities.My passion is to create an inclusive work environment and a work place which fosters creativity, confidence and brand equity of the organisation.
