Experienced leader and educator that has successfully led organizations from 5 to personnel. I focus on achieving goals by having a sound strategic plan, caring for, mentoring and coaching teammates, and recognizing excellence. I have 13 years’ experience in the education field, including high school and university teaching experience, and adult continuing education, both in the class room and on-line. I was fortunate to be the principal of a national level recruiting school in which we developed the curriculum, all materials, ran a comprehensive staff development program, and maintained an in-house quality assurance program with a staff of 60 personnel and a student annual enrollment. Very proud to say we maintained accreditation through the Army’s accrediting entity. It was an honor to lead a resident GED-granting institution where the team also provided initial military training to the great Americans that worked hard to better their opportunities and serve the Nation.
