With over 20 years of experience in the retail design and display industry, I am the Executive Vice President of Global Operations for LG & P, a leading provider of in-store marketing solutions for global brands. I hold multiple certifications, including PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Managing High Potentials, that demonstrate my commitment to excellence, efficiency, and leadership. I am responsible for overseeing the operations and managing an incredible team across various functions, such as engineering, production, installation, quality and project management. I have spearheaded the development and implementation of new technologies, processes, and strategies that enhance the quality, speed, and sustainability of our services. Before rejoining (Great to be back home) LG & P In-Store Agency, I was the General Manager at Design Display Group, Inc, where I oversaw the operations and growth of the company, expanding its client base, revenue, and market share. I am passionate about creating innovative and effective solutions that meet the evolving needs and expectations of the retail industry and the consumers.
