Growing up in London, England, I dedicated ten years to learning KYOKUSHINKAI-Karate. A Japanese Martial-Art. Studied under Bob Boulton 3rd Dan and (SHIHAN) Steve Arneil 6th Dan, was personally graded 1st Dan by Master Masutatsu Oyama,10th Dan. Opened a Karate-Dojo (School) and taught at other Kyokushin-Dojos around London and the UK. As testament to skills learned, was honored to represent Great Britain in European-Karate Team-Championships. Life took an interesting turn while working as a Croupier-Dealer at a renowned London West-End Casino, after a few years of experience I was off to discover America while working in their Casino aboard the beautiful QE2 Ocean Liner. After a year of transatlantic-crossings and Caribbean-cruises I embarked on another exciting chapter in life. Began working at the Paradise-Island-Casino in Nassau Bahamas for five years, opened a private Karate-Dojo and taught the Casino\'s croupier\'s KYOKUSHINKAI-Karate and developed a passion for scuba diving. Relocated to St. Augustine, FL, and committed three years of studying ISSHIN-RYU Okinawan-Karate under the instruction of Jerry Kilpatrick. 3rd Dan Then moved to Gainesville, FL, to continue further study of ISSHIN-RYU under (SHIHAN) Bob Bremmer 6th Dan and Fitz Fernandez 2nd Dan for one year.Expanded my knowledge in the realm of \"Health & Wellness\" while studying at \"The KUSHI-INSTITUTE of Macrobiotics\" in Boston, MA. Under the guidance and tutelage of Aveline & Michio KUSHI. During my three 90 day visits there over a two year period learned Japanese cooking for \"Health and Medicinal Purposes\" while acquiring skills in Shiatsu Massage.Purchased a 24\' Motorhome and embarked on a nine-month journey across America, teaching Macrobiotics along the way. Fate led me back to St. Augustine, FL, where I had the great joy of home-delivering my daughter Katie, and continued studying ISSHIN-RYU Karate for another two years. Moved to the NW U.S. residing in Whitefish, MT, during which time I home-delivered my second beautiful daughter Jennifer into the world. In addition to being a dedicated father. Opened a Karate-Dojo while learning to cross-country and down-hill Ski, embracing the region\'s outdoor activities.
