My time at Best Buy was focused on all aspects of training development in a retail and corporate environment. I spent the last several years developing and managing the Virtual Training capability, freeing up resources and funds currently spent on live facilitated classes. As a leader I worked with each individual team member on their professional development and provided training and resources on a monthly basis to support growth. I was allowed to follow my passions at Best Buy and took on many projects outside the normal scope of our teams work. As a result I was able to connect and impact several areas of the enterprise.
