As a Senior Consultant, I have been providing management consulting services across multiple client engagements providing value across client operations as well as leading regional Business Development activities:ENGAGEMENTS- Led a process mapping and organizational assessment initiative for an educational service district. This client engagement led to the development of optimized future state processes across their operations teams along with over 200 proposed operations improvement remediations- Led a cross-organizational client engagement for the purpose of recommending a global Sales Enablement Capabilities tech stack across the global business sales organization. Activities included leading cross functional collaboration to identify priority Sales Enablement Capabilities, identifying an optimal vendor tool set to support priority sales enablement capabilities and the development of a program management and governance plan to support the future global tech stack. This engagement ultimately led to a tech stack recommendation and roadmap to implementation- For a leading global athletic apparel organization led the development and implementation of a new reporting framework allowing for the tracking of program metrics, team wins, learnings and actions. Additional efforts included the development of cross organizational reporting enhancements along with leading proven change management activities across multiple teams to identify and address issues inhibiting successful system migrations- Leading regional Business Development activities that are identifying priority client opportunities along with identifying AI tools to optimize company Business Development activities.
