Hello & Warm greetings!Happy to connect! With years of experience working in various industries and different positions from Tourism, Hospitality, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma to EdTech, I gathered solid insights about the importance of organization’s culture and people development and nurtured a strong passion for this. I firmly believe that success cannot be achieved in isolation, it’s 100% teamwork, but you must be the visionary to lead and foster belief in others. As a growth leader, I am constantly learning about the success principals and new trends to expand my horizons and cultivate unified ways to grow as a team enabling sustained organization performance. I am always striving to become the agent for change thereby improving the team culture, talent, organizational effectiveness, and productivity. I have also mentored a couple hundred students and newcomers in their career transition and soft skills development to enhance their servant leadership ability, communication, build confidence and more. Besides, business operations and people development, as I have a very strong passion for educating children and creating equal opportunity for people through education, I am currently working on my personal voluntary project proposal to fund some schools and children in Nepal.
