Responsibilities encompassed Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P & ID) development and related calculations. Developed line lists, valve lists, valve, and equipment datasheets. Conducted flow analyses and computations for different piping systems. Executed sizing computations for relief valves of LNG cargo piping. Preparation and verification of Material Take-Off (MTO) for assorted piping systems. Checking and preparing piping basic/ detailed design drawings. Supported in equipment sizing and calculations. Preparation of plans for Marine Systems discipline for the company’s ship design projects. Responsible for reviewing and approving ship piping drawings and other mandatory ship onboard documentation.
