I began my career at Global WeSource as a Talent Acquisition specialist, where I managed end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and hiring strategies that helped align talent with business needs.Building on that foundation, I transitioned into HR Operations, gaining hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and process execution.
