I am experienced in detailed and complicated heavy manufacturing projects with clients such as Hyundai, Gulfstream, Orbital Sciences and plastics manufacturing groups to large rail and cross dock warehouses. From land acquisition through design and construction and tenant occupancy, I provide a complete turn-key solution. I offer a comprehensive knowledge of the industry, proven processes and procedures, accountability for control of the project cost and schedule and deliver on the expected financial returns. Based in Savannah and with projects across the US, The BW Group has delivered to the market, performed due diligence or in the design phase the following projects:Due Diligence• El Paso – s.f, 36’ CH, cross dock on 37 ac.• Laredo – 1,153,660 s.f, 36’ CH, cross docks on 99 ac, 5 buildings in 2 phases.• Palm Springs – 727,360 s.f, 40’ CH, cross dock on 40 ac.• Las Vegas – 755,560 s.f, 32’ & 36’ CH’s, BTS plastics manufacturing and rear load buildings, 35 ac.Industrial Projects• Savannah – s.f,$9B in costs, automotive manufacturing• Savannah – s.f, 36’ CH, cross docks on 199 ac, 5 buildings in 2 phases • Savannah - s.f. cross dock facility, rail served option• Savannah - Full tenant occupancy of the above project, obtained TCO from the AHJ before receiving final approvals, accelerated rent commencement two months ahead of projections• Houston - s.f.
