Experienced leader in all situations. I\'m at about 30 years in the technology space with experience at all levels. That spans project implementation/support and consulting delivery to leadership roles including strategy and process management of the same practice areas. Even a sales role in there too (drawing on 15 years of \'pre-technology’ sales experience). Currently enjoying the escalation management practice where facilitating issue resolution and effective expectation setting (communication) are key elements of the job. It\'s been quite a ride and my customers (and employers) have always appreciated my efforts, which I\'m grateful for.
