Barry Lister has more than 25 years of Information Technology experience in a wide range of industries. Barry\'s passion is applying technology in producing positive business outcomes. The adoption of Cloud Technologies is the most significant technology shift that\'s ever been available to Public and Private entities. The art in adopting Cloud is unique to every organization and requires experienced technical and results driven leadership.Some of Barry\'s experiences are;As Account CTO of a HP outsourced client Barry led a number of initiatives resulting in Client Business benefit. Barry led a team of technologists and project members in delivering the Client\'s first traunch of their Global Datacenter in under five months. This enabled the client to meet critical timelines for their SAP initiative. Barry was also involved in sales, budgeting and Technology Governance.Barry was also a core team member leading to a significant outsourcing of datacenter, infrastructure and Managed Services. In this role he was able to map from the client\'s business requirements to a new operating model based on a broad and successful range of technical services. Barry also developed a transformational roadmap that lead the client from their current environment to this new operating model.One of Barry\'s key strengths is his ability to quickly understand the overall business value change and then develop technology plans to continuously improve the success of the organization, while balancing capital and operational pressures. Barry\'s broad industry background, project delivery experience and leadership skills allows Barry to be a key member of the organization\'s ongoing success.
