I have worked on the front end with all major chain hotels. Feasibility to site acquisition to creating a plan and design from selected architects and operators. I have also included the site acquisition and lease up for three major Food Franchisers nationally. Bringing that experience to any project add many ideas and helps with issues that run to success.
