   Employee Concerns Program (ECP), Ethics & Compliance Manager• Conduct and manage complex investigations of Harassment, Intimidation, Retaliation and Discrimination (HIRD), Fraud, Waste, Abuse, in a manner consistent with applicable Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Department of Energy (DOE) policies, company requirements and state and federal laws.• Partner with legal, HR Business Partners, Labor Relations and other stakeholders to investigate, report and make appropriate recommendations to management regarding corrective actions to resolve substantiated concerns. • Develop leading indicators for employee concerns and monitored metrics and trends to improve processes and the management of concerns with the goal of mitigating future HIRD issues. • Make recommendations based on data analysis/trends and use of problem solving methods. • Prepare complex, in depth and detailed investigation reports for project management and the client. • Develop relationships with internal (company) and external (client) contacts regarding investigation issues, trends and initiatives while effectively communicating investigation outcomes. • Create written responses to NRC, DOE, DOL and NLRB regarding allegations of wrongdoing. • Investigate and provided reporting on a range of issues from HIRD, racial discrimination, sexual harassment, workplace violence and safety violations.• Required to be familiar with and utilize employee handbooks, EEO, NRC, DOE, DOL, OSHA and other employment policies and regulations.• Position required the highest level of confidentiality.
