About Barry Johnson

I have over (35) years of experience directing operations, leading strategy deployment, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing capital equipment, business improvement and new product development projects, deploying lean six sigma and design for six sigma in various organizations and developing global manufacturing plans. This gives me a unique perspective and the ability to tackle challenging problems.My passion is driving operational excellence and improving business results. I have substantial experience developing a learning culture and creating an environment which empowers workers. I leverage this “win-win” atmosphere to weave continuous improvement into the DNA of an organization. Advancements in key performance indicators are a natural, self-sustaining output of the environments I create.
