I am a highly experienced and highly successful energy services executive, with a passion for growing and improving business. I believe the fundamentals of a long-term successful business rest on two things:• Building a focused team across all functions who share common goals in support of the company\'s strategic vision; and• Having instilled the highest levels of ethics and integrity in the business culture.A strong emphasis on accountability for both operational efficiency and productivity must also be a key part of the business culture to succeed in the competitive environment. The ever-present goal must be to always yield the highest possible margins across the business cycle, but only alignment across the full organization can enable it.The first step is to ensure alignment of the business processes across the full organization for the highest level of performance in HSE, Product & Service Quality, Operational Efficiency, as well as for the Financial Results. In addition, actual performance must be measured and accountability for that performance must be instilled. When all are in place and aligned across the organization a focused team with shared goals results. I have a wide range of service and manufacturing leadership experience in the Upstream segment of the O&G industry, in both conventional and unconventional plays. It spans the entire life cycle of producing fields, with emphasis on Well Construction, Completion, and Workover activities. I have successfully led organizations large and small, and grown business from a startup to over $650 million per year. I have significant experience leading such business segments as: • Pressure Pumping / Hydraulic Fracturing / Stimulation Services • Cementing • Chemical / Cryogenic Services • Sand Control • Coiled Tubing • Well Testing • Frac Stack / Manifolds • Fishing and Rental • Frac Sand and Resin-Coated Proppant Manufacturing, Logistics, & Sales
