As Site Finance Director at Froedtert ThedaCare Health—supporting the academic and community hospitals of the South Region—I lead a high-performing finance team that serves as a strategic partner to hospital, nursing, and clinical operations leadership. My focus is to build a cohesive, empowered team that delivers financial clarity, strengthens operational performance, and supports leaders in making data-driven decisions that promote long-term system sustainability and enable high-quality patient care.I’m driven by helping organizations and people thrive.
