Offshore and onshore wind professional with extensive experience delivering complex upgrade, inspection, and repair campaigns across major UK and European wind farms, including Dogger Bank, Walney, Greater Gabbard, Race Bank, Borkum and Burbo Bank.I currently operate as a Site Supervisor, leading multi-shift offshore teams and acting as the onsite interface between technicians, vessel crews, project management, and client representatives. My experience spans SOV operations, turbine upgrades, HV/mechanical/hydraulic retrofits, and campaign delivery across Vestas, Siemens, and GE platforms.I hold the NEBOSH General Certificate and take a practical, operational approach to HSE leadership. This includes RAMS review, permit and isolation control, turbine and vessel safety audits, and proactive safety interventions.
