   I stood up a re-designed process, playbook, technical tools and services for credit card portfolio onboarding and conversion deemed best-in-industry by our core processor.This scalable B2B2C strategy received the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award for delivering a disruption-free customer conversion experience and reliable data mapping and ETL data files for platform owners.My team employed this first-of-its-kind process to complete Private Label and Partner Co-Brand credit card conversions, then scaled and adapted it to onboard and convert data supporting Capital One’s May 2025 company acquisition.By pioneering AI and LLM use to build load-ready data files, we’ve greatly reduced developer coding efforts and established a foundational set of capabilities on which we continue to build.
