As the leader of a multidisciplinary team, I\'m responsible for managing Element\'s diverse array of global business systems. This spans across Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 HR, Dynamics Customer Engagement/Field Service/Marketing, supplemented by Dataverse Power Automate and an assortment of Canvas Apps. Additionally, we look after bespoke applications developed in a multitude of languages. My role necessitates steering the overarching development practice and architectural strategy for these systems. Alongside this, I am accountable for vendor management within all these system.
