Provide a single point of contact and responsibility for critical functions related to LRE’s 3.1-gigawatt operating portfolio consisting of 31 wind, solar, and energy storage facilities across the U.S. and ~30-gigawatt development pipeline spanning over 125 projects ensuring that all commercial, contractual, governmental, compliance, and financial obligations are fulfilled by collaborating closely with plant operations, project finance, energy services, origination, regulatory, and legal groups. Lead evaluation, financial analysis and negotiation of multiple O&M services agreements and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) LTSAs to support the development and build-out of LRE’s substantial portfolio of wind, solar and storage assets. Drive initiatives across the portfolio to optimize fleet performance by maximizing sources of revenue, evaluating performance enhancements, collaborating with others to drive cost reductions, optimizing O&M services, and managing all facets for assigned asset portfolio of approximately 1.5 GW of Wind, Solar, and BESS asset classes across 12 individual plants. Administer and manage major project documents, including leading resolution of significant contractual issues that stem from the operation of the projects (e.g, equipment warranties, landowner, financing, and interconnection agreements, PPAs, yield forecasts, tax, and environmental agreements) Lead the development of project-level annual budgets and long-term business plans and collaborate closely with plant managers and regional operations directors to generate forecasts and track asset P&L performance. Actively seek and respond to new business opportunities including Operating and Maintenance Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Renewable Energy Credit (REC) sales, and sales of ancillary services.
