I am now concentrating on providing advice in the Later Life Lending market as a self-employed Independent Adviser. I offer advice on all types of mortgages including standard residential mortgage options through to Retirement Interest Only (RIO), Term Interest Only (TIO), Payment Term Lifetime Mortgages and of course Lifetime Mortgages. I have a passion to help people enjoy retirement and releasing equity from their property can help people to achieve this. I want to ensure that people are aware of the benefits and how it all works; and are then in a position to make an informed choice. I also wish to partner with colleagues working in Financial Services who do not currently offer Equity Release/Later Life advice. There are many benefits for all stakeholders. I also provide independent training for new Equity Release/Later Life Lending Advisers.
