Leading the Process development team to improve and enhance FlexEnable\'s capabilities in plastic electronics. Creating novel devices with our OTFT backplane technology and Liquid crystal and EPD front planes. The applications range from e-Privacy screens, AR/VR headsets and display technologies. The role is to guide the technology through from concept, through prototyping and into production fabs in Asia. Through the role I have built a track record of pushing projects through the development pipeline. I provide leadership and mentoring to a strong team of process engineers.

I have been active in the flat panel display industry for over 20 years. Both in LCD and OLED technologies. I have a proven record of progressing new technologies and ideas from concept through prototyping and towards mass production. I have run NRE projects for large multi-national companies and supporting supply chains globally. My process specialties are in LCD Cell assembly processes, moisture barrier methods, and plastic electronics. I am experienced in project management, technology transfer and customer / supplier interactions.As a line manager and a project manager, I have developed strong leadership skills as well as customer / supplier relationship building experience. I am looking to build on this within a new challenging role.Specialties: Skilled in process development, problem solving, technology transfer, developing IP and know-how.Skilled in planning, scheduling, team work, line management, standard procedures and risk assessment creation and auditing.Experience in LC cell assembly, ink jet printing, PVD, barrier encapsulation and thin film deposition. I am experienced in analysing, reviewing and implementing processes using; metrology, DOE, SPC, FMEA techniques.
