I work closely with apprentices, adult learners, and employers to make sure that support is in place where it’s needed — whether that’s in education, during assessments, or in the workplace.For apprentices, I carry out Exams Access Arrangements (EAA) assessments and advise on reasonable adjustments both on the job and at college. I also support learners through their End-Point Assessments (EPA), helping to ensure fair access and the best chance of success.Alongside this, I manage EAA and workplace needs assessments for adult learners, always tailoring recommendations to suit individual roles, learning needs, and environments.Whether I am supporting learners or conducting assessments for staff, my focus is on identifying practical strategies that make a genuine difference. I work collaboratively with employers, providers, and individuals to create inclusive spaces where people can perform at their best.
