Manage the daily operations of the site services team. Coordinate with the civil team to support any site services tasks such as snow clearing, access/egress etc. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Site Services Team, including foremen, labourers, subcontractors, and vendors. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their tasks safely and efficiently. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job site. Ensure all team members adhere to Kiewit\'s safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
