Barry Toren has spent nearly 30 years in professional services, focusing on consulting, executive recruiting, and change management. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations navigate complex transitions and build high-performing leadership teams.Barry has enjoyed being an advisor to Killadinks, a custom pickleball paddle business led by his oldest son, Griffin. Under Griffin’s leadership, Killadinks has grown into a thriving brand, blending performance and creativity in the pickleball community.In addition to his work in professional services, Barry is an investor in various ventures, including PKL, a Boston-based pickleball facility, and ZZoma, a medical diagnostics company. He serves as an advisor on multiple Web3 projects and is the commissioner for the Palm Beach County expansion of the Founder’s League, a pickleball league for CEOs and founders.Barry has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 25 years. They have three sons: Griffin (22), who runs Killadinks while completing his final semester at the University of Miami; Elias, a first-year cadet at West Point; and Nash, a rising college basketball prospect.He resides in South Florida during the school year and enjoys spending summers in Margate, NJ.
